I've been lusting after these adorable Marc by Marc Jacobs Shorty velvet loafers ever since they came out.
But retailing at $296 meant it was a no go :(
So I decided to make my own!
The suede loafers by GAP retail at $39.95, but I got them on sale for $19.99.
I free hand painted on the shoes with white acrylic paint.
Added black detailing with black acrylic paint. And cut ears out of black felt.
Glued on the ears using fabric glue. I might hand stitch them onto the shoes after the glue dries.
